mindset

i seriously wanted to address this issue for quite sometime. tp harini nuz has just triggered my thoughts about this matter again.

i wonder why, when these days, i do my part of travelling here and there, going places, attending gigs and concerts, riding bicycle and jog at the park, and visit friends in several places, people would say,

waaah banyak jalan nampak? takde kerja ke?

but when i was in Malaysia, particularly in KL or particularly in sri kembangan, how come nobody commented me that way. i was everywhere, man.. those days. sometimes i'll be in seremban, or back in JB, or in Singapore, or in Bukit Bintang, or Kelana Jaya, or TTDI, or Damansara, or Cheras, or Gopeng, or Ipoh. or in Sabah, or Sarawak, or in Bali, in Kalimantan, or in Jakarta. Pegi rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, shopping, minum stabak, gossip and makan burger Seremban, snorkeling kat Bali, Sabah. takde plak org komen. apsal, ni semua bukan tempat lain ke? and back then, i still had a lot of work to be done. tp takkan tak jalan kot? well same here then. ada ke org amek gambo kerja? (hmm maybe ada, but too bad, that's just not me la kan?)

so next question. when i said, nanti later i kuar minum with some friends, and people would say,

waaah, ko dah minum (implying to drinking alcohol, that is) ke sekarang?

and i was like, ler, masa dulu pon kat Malaysia, kat Sri kembangan, i kuar jugak minum. how come nobody thought i went out drinking alcohol then? what makes my statement now and then different then? the countries? but that wont change me, no? i still kuar minum la. even if my frens do consume alcohol, doesn't make me another alcohol consumer, ye tak?

so tell me, what is wrong? apsal mindset kita jadi camni? apsal, corrupted sgt ke duduk Europe? kalo duduk Tripoli, tak pegi jalan2 ke? tak kuar minum ke? kamon la kan.
