one-time only

i need to admit, this time around i was kinda ok when i realize what i had was a ONE-TIME only kinda thing.

it was good while it lasted. and the best part was, it didnt jeopardize any relationships i had/have. it was totally mutual. god, am really grateful.

at times, this one-time only things are there to hurt us, the vulnerables. it's a non-winning situation. depends on how u see it. or which role u r playing, the giver or the recipient.

and nini couldnt believe it. i know some of my stories are way too good to be true. but that's it, it's juz the plain truth. i cant believe it myself at times, but i am grateful that i have friends who actually shares the same values as i do. hence the mutual respect.

getting involved or indulging to that particular one time only thingy needs so much courage to start and to retreat. to pursue and to back off. to hint and to ignore. to manipulate and to stop.

but before anything, before indulging, it needs self retrospective.u need to know your values, your limitations, your needs and wants. meaning before doing anything out of the ordinary, deep inside u know that failures wont hurt u. u realize the risk u r taking, amidst of all the fun and adventure venturing into the unknown.

frankly, taking risks is so much fun. no kidding. but as long as u know u have the upper hand of the outcome. or basically anticipate all the consequences.

dont jump if u r afraid of falling.
