if i said that i wasn't offended, then i am lying. i was. indeed i was.
i don't understand why certain people would always be threatened by me even when i did nothing to threaten her. i even tried to be nice. perhaps hypocrisy is the only way for world peace.
yesterday, i met a schoolmate named afif. after ages not seeing him, its only appropriate to be shaking hands and talk and laugh and asking 'how-do-u-do's.. but somehow, he declined my handshake, and said , eh sorry la. takleh nak salam . tunang i ada kat situ. what the FUCK is this?!!
if he said now he's religious and no longer shake hands with the opposite sex, then i am fine with it. that's normal. but giving me alasan (excuses) for worrying what the better half would say just by shaking hands (and i have no intention to hug or whatsoever) and not even bothering to introduce me to her, boleh jalan la kan. poyo gile. anyway, perhaps if my schoolmates were reading this, they would agree that afif is indeed one poyo guy.
that's one. now another fren. another close fren whom i perceive as my own brother. he's married. i tried to be nice to the wife. but this time, the wife hates me for no good reason. my fren is now stuck in the middle. i tried to be nice, to be ultra friendly, trying to make her understand that 'hey, i dont fancy ur husband la. please la' but still she wont buy it. and apparently , at this very afternoon, me and him just realized that it's not much of me being close to the husband, but it's me being all to friendly to everyone. and that, my fellow friends, she finds despicable.
mcm ni la, kata org melayu, if rase tak suka, buat tak endah sudah. nak benci buat ape. betul tak. ( if u dont like the person, then just ignore. u dont have to hate her, right?) . it's unfair to judge a person if u dont really know her. or if she has a different personality than yours.
summary : there's some kind of mental block in my society's mentality. if one could actually make frens, and read more and travel a lot more, and actually HAVE FRIENDS, perhaps one wouldnt be so stuck up in the first place..
i m not trying to be super bagus in this context.. but i think something should be done with this kind of mentality. insecurity kills society!

I hope I can say, relax babe. If people doesnt want to accept ur friendliness, then u don't lose anything...it's their loss..and it's their ego...just let them..as u say, ignore them.
It's sometimes hard when they are all influenced on their first impression. They just didnt know us but yet they sesuka hati want to judge us...
About the friend tu..hmmm I'd faced the same situation too. Don't want to accept my hand anymore, because, "Well, I am married now.." yeah, like I didnt know! I even attend your wedding! (Pehal lak aku nak emo in ur blog huhu) For me, it's ok, I guess I can understand that.Whatever la, people can change at any time.
