i regret on my wasted youth and piano classes that i was never good with scales and arpeggios. i thought playing the 'pieces' are more important than knowing so much of notes and chords.
arrrrrrrrrgh..i know now. if ever i was good doing it, i would make not only my piano teacher proud, but i'd make the whole world crying at my feet for me to play more.
yes. it took me a good 1 1/2 hour MUSE tutoring to make me understand. owh, how i envy the fingerworks of Matthew Bellamy. i was drooling and gawking at his very fingerworks over the keys and of course , of the strings.owh, his fingerworks was godly. and all he needed was scales and arpeggios. he made the very thing i hated easy. SERIOUSLY EASY!
how i've wasted on an expensive education. sigh. owh god, now i feel like getting back to my piano keys and start practising my scales and arpeggios til my fingers bleed.
or maybe perhaps he had a better piano teacher than i did when i was young? hmm that'll explain. haha.

here's what Wiki said..jeez my music knowledge is soooo terrible la adek..forgive me..
In music, an arpeggio is a chord where the notes are played or sung in succession rather than simultaneously. The word comes from the Italian for "in the manner of the harp."
The following instruments use arpeggios:
String instruments are used to play arpeggios in classical music. Along with scales, arpeggios are a form of basic technical exercise.
Bass guitarists often use arpeggios to play out chords.
Guitarists use arpeggios extensively in certain genres, such as Neo-classical, and often while employing the sweep-picking technique.
Synthesizers are often called upon to play arpeggios, especially in electronica. Some synths contain arpeggiators especially for this purpose.
Keyboards, such as piano and accordions are used to play arpeggios.
"Scales and Arpeggios" is an important song/musical number from the 1970, Walt Disney musical film, The Aristocats. It was written by Robert & Richard Sherman at the end of their eight year tenure working for Walt Disney Productions.

it's the chords yg u biasa tgk bassist goreng, fingering tak putus2, note dia ascending and descending and dia tak bunyi sumbang.
