i've been meaning to go on diet for the longest time now. i rase half of my life line was made with dieting promises. LOL.
but as of now, i realize i can't dodge this anymore. no other excuses can allow me to un-diet. so , here is the list of reasons why i need to be dieting.
apart from
- i am already overweight
- i can't fit most of my clothings dating back from the start of this millenium.
- i have to pay the full amount of my car loan monthly starting january 2008
-i am saving for my owh-so-bloody-expensive-i-could-die-of-starving trip
-i am now in an acid-jazzy band where all the bandmembers has tv-friendly body type :D
-i can't afford eating at expensive (yg i rase expensive la kan) places as a result from reasons no. 3 & 4
-my mum bought me 4 or 5 fancy corsets for various occasions which i barely can fit my solid body in,
the utmost reason for me to actually start dieting is because the people i am working with now are all fashion conscious and nice to look at and are all well-groomed and wear nice clothes and have nice figures and represents the department/ministry/ country really well, and wear make up. heh.
okay, i know, tak berapa masuk akal but this is too much peer pressure man. so i've decided, to eat less of lamb chop, mee rebus tulang, beef steak, mix lamb chop, (heh) nasi lemak with extra condiments, nasi daun pisangs, and of course , LESS starbucking.

paddington pancake : azni, we should make this only twice a year.
the coast, tgif, chilli's : girlfriends and boyfriends, this would be once in 3 months. (pls, no party2, birthday2, celebrate tukar office, buka puasa here anymore. huhu the lamb temptation is too much)
starbucks : klyn, it's high time for u and i to go less on the sugar and caffeine. we r ageing. :)
: ina, thank god u r in manchester. another hantu gone for at least 3 years. hehe.
brownies (anywhere) : pauz, we should stop seeing each other atas this sweettooth alasan.
lain2 : okay semuanya. others are nice to my pockets. and i hope to my diet. heh. (ala, tp mamak tak jual salads. huhuhu)

i now try not to come to the office with rambut basah (but i got no hairdryer), tp when i actually come to the office without cuci rambut in the morning, i would have all this gatal2 kepala la, my hair won't stay put la, the hair accessories adds up to my hair mess la, dan mcm2 lagi. so how ar?
i wear a lil bit more make up la , as in i wear mascara now. tp still during my period aje. rase mcm membazir aje pakai mascara, coz tghari u would get that out of your eyelashes sbb nak amik wudhu kan. and after all, i think pakai mascara mengantuk-kan la. it just makes me sleepier. it adds to much weight to my eyelashes. ok, jgn salah sangka. bulu mata gua pendek aje sbenonye. but seriously, pakai mascara mmg ngantuk. heh.
but i am doing well with lipsticks. kalau dulu, i think i selalu aje terlupa pakai lipstick. heh. now, lepas solat ke, nak masuk meeting ke, lepas makan ke, nak kuar makan ke, pergh, sume gua touch-up ni. haha. talking about looking better. (mind u, i have already look good everyday. just have to make it better. :D)
ok. can't talk crap no more. now, yours truly got work to do. yippaa!

I think the answer is to work out! :)
I love to eat. But I make sure that I work out occasionally. That way, my metabolism stays high. Anything I put in, my muscles will burn.
I'm not huge and muscular btw, just lean. Try working out Thinkerbell, it might work wonders ;)
Gua harap lu jgn tulis ajer.. tapi bila bab praktikal hampeh.. jadikan ianya realiti!

47 : workout? my gym days are soooo over. haha. but i believe i already have a new regime. starting with menguruskan jari jemari dgn jamming sampai pagi. heh.
are we aging? eh, caffeine without sugar wont affect your diet kan? kan? kan...
habis tu.. cancel out lah our lunch dates ni.. miserablenya aku.
but i need to diet too... or DIE.
ki: our lunch dates ok aje. tp kita makan yong tau fu aje la nak? hahahah. i so know that if we ever thought of going to the foodcourt, we might digress from our main objective, and buy waffles with icecream instead. LOL.
