why: i miss holga and the surprises it brings

on rock climbing :

it seriously needs patience. and of course less weight. heh. i have got to prove to myself i could conquer those rocks. and to those who thinks i can, thank you. will be seeing u guys again. maybe, there was no sense of achievement. and i should be by now, frustrated. however, dreams and challenges unfulfilled, left me eager and wanting more.

(but frankly, each time i was about to do some physically and mentally challenging stuffs, i'd go 'what the HELL have i put myself into?!?' hehe)

on lomo cams:

a friend used to ask me, so where does your camera brought u to? where are the places u've been? and i said, i been nowhere specific or grand just to take pictures with these cameras. however, now, as i see it, the cameras have brought me to every nook and cranny of sleepy hollows. i hunt for odd films. i crave discussions and knowledge on processings. i met plenty of chinese old men who owns dusty camera shops. in the end, the study of photography is what i got. more than the fascination over some unique looking plastic cameras.
