this morning i was accompanying a foreign delegation for a site visit. so it was one of our smart schools that we brought them to. while waiting for them to come, 2 mates from hbgn antarabangsa and jabatan swasta were there too. them donning black skirts and black tops, one have it with stripes, and the other with white dots. and they say :
" rafiqa, ape pakai kebaya2 ni? clerk kat opis u pakai lagi vogue ok. u cuma perlu nampak ayu on thursdays coz that is when u don your batik, and fridays, utk menghormati hari jumaat. hari lain, office wear pls, office wear " , with fingers pointing on my attire. siut aje.
"sebbaik ko nampak vogue gak pakai kebaya" . LOL.

tonight the delegates were brought to KL Tower for dinner. i was actually fishing some food when a senior colleague that dons the same black top til dinner said to me :
" watch what u eat , rafiqa. no carbohydrates okay. makan binatang aje ok. typically new officers will gain weight in their first few months in BHA. hehe"
and i said, " owh, sebbaik. only these 2 sushis are carbohydrates. i memang makan binatang aje", while showing her my plate that was consists of 2 sushis and oyster and salads and some other makanan berdaun. hahah.
what did i tell u guys about peer pressure? hahahahahahhaha. told ya!

Biasa lah tu hehehe.. rutin org perempuan secara am (actually beb lelaki pun sama dlm bab self grooming la ni kdg2 perempuan pun kalah lol!).. pun persepsi cantik, cute, ayu, vogue etc berbeza pada setiap individu.. so cam gua tulis sebelum ni just be yourself :)
Btw cuba lu post gambar lu dgn kebaya kat sini maybe semua yg baca blog lu ni akan bersetuju dgn kenyataan lu "sebbaik ko nampak vogue gak pakai kebaya" ;)
Hari khamis pakai batik tu mmg takyah nak dakwa-dakwi tapi pakai black skirt/top tu mmg bebetul etika berpakaian kat govt ke? moskel plak gua heheheh
Apa pun mungkin ada sumthing kat lu (right or wrong tu terserah kat individu) since apa lu buat ppl asik nak komen ajer :p
etika pemakaian janji sopan.it's a matter of taste la u nak pakai ape.
perhaps it could be something that i've done or don for that matter that seems to struck everyone to comment on it.

kalau aku x survive nampaknye... dah la menyampah pakai skirt. apalah lagi dengan blazer/jacket. not to mention the three letter F word.

my kawan yg kerja kat situ? adakah dia bekas teman serumah ku? LOL. dia kat situ tak lama la. hence she didnt have the chance to feel pressurized by their fashion conscious-ness.
not that i m complaining actually. i suke aje. heh.
