i was talking to tazril just now, over breakfast and later over the phone, and we were talking about some national issues. well, our love lives are national issues too, no? :D
so, after so much talking and thinking and talking, i think we need academicians to rule the world. i mean, enough of having academicians in a room working as only thinktanks for any particular politician. we need them to be leaders. after all, they are the smart ones. they don't have any hidden agendas, they believe in sharing and gaining knowledge through any possible means.
but on the other hand, academicians are rarely known to have good PR skills. even most fancy talking to the board or the notes rather than talking to their students or attendees of their lectures. and mostly are eccentric. and love being in solitude. and rarely have sense of fashion. *sigh*
and now i decided, it's me, yours truly who wants to change that. i want to be that academician, and yet be a leader. and i have good PR skills. and have no hidden agendas. my agendas are all clear. i want to make Malaysia a better nation. i'll define better later. i have better sense of fashion, to start with.
but that got to wait, until i finally become an academician. i am none of the above, not yet.
